Ink Master Season 7 : Revenge

I have been looking forward to this season since it was announced at Live Finale of Season 6. Returning veterans entering the competition when someone is eliminated. First episode of season was tonight and I have to say I was impressed by a few. Megan and Christian look to be the top so far of the newcomers. The others have no clue as to how hard and stressful this year will be and 2 failed the first challenge. St.Marq got served a big plate of humble pie which will only make him stronger. I do agree with who they sent home. Next week the man who should have won Season 5 returns : Cleen Rock One. This and Gotham are the only 2 shows I will watch when new episodes air. All others I watch later that I DVR.

He did have a horrible tat and it was his challenge. Only issue I have with Christian is that he uses the word "prey" too much. It seems from the previews of future episodes he uses that word often and tonight he said it at least twice. Being too cocky in the first episode can be one's own downfall. It happened to St.Marq last season when he said he was a "tattoo god" and almost cost him again in first episode. It looks like some of the newcomers will be easy targets and get rattled very quickly.

I enjoy this show but wish they'd stick more to tattooing and leave out the manufactured drama/arguing bullshite. Too many shows go down that road nowadays..

Love this show. I think the skinny guy, Alex, will be off the show pretty quickly. He seems to be intimidated by the whole thing. The girl and the tattoo face guy look to be the top competitors for this season. Should be interesting to see what Cleen Rock One brings to the table next week.

I don't mind the drama between the artists bc that is how the game is played. Try to rattle your competition and get them off their game. It will be interesting to see how the pressure of the competition plus the way the veterans play will affect the newcomers.

Alex was already rattled in the first flash challenge. He will be a train wreck to watch. Megan is probably the strongest female tattoo artist that has been on the show. Will be interesting to see if she goes crazy/bitch woman or not. Also interesting to see when Sarah Miller gets on there if Megan is still around.

Tonight's episode was good. Cleen Rock one is back. He definitely still has his confident/cocky attitude. Was disappointed in Megan lackluster design. The pressure of the competition will definitely get to the newcomers sooner rather than later. So far I like the flash challenges they have come up with. Nothing easy about the challenges this season.

Tonight's episode was good. I'm shocked that Alex is still there but not surprised by who was sent home tonight. Basically from here on out the competition will be fierce. The mental aspect will do in the artists more than the actual challenge. All seem to be pretty damn good artists and the alliances and back stabbing will be prevalent. Cleen is doing some fantastic work and was definitely robbed for tattoo of the day. I thought him and St.Marq should have won flash challenge as well.
