Is Ultron in MCU the most disappointing villain ever?

Honestly, Ultron should be seen as the most evil, vicious, and genocidal psychopath ever. There are no redeeming qualities about Ultron whatsoever and he’s one of the most mentally disturbed villains of all time.
Like in first trailer, if this was the tone, the film would of been great: YouTube
And then this quote in in the third trailer
Yeah, no one knew who you were until a couple of hours after your death. Yeah, five people died in Age of Ultron and they introduced us to a relative of one of those people, but no, Ultron should have had a 10 figure kill number in and wiped out at least two major cities. It was a clear overreaction to the over the top violence in Man of Steel when it came to Zod, but ultra-violence is Ultron’s bread and butter.
Like he’ll intentionally brutally murder a woman’s kids in front of her first just so she’ll suffer more before he kills her. That’s what kind of an evil mother fricker Ultron is. It’s sad because it could have made Tony snapping out Thanos (and any remnants of Ultron on Earth) all that more powerful when the the majority of Earth hates him over creating Ultron and then redeeming himself by saving the universe and they forgive him for it.

Yes, I agree with you, but the question is if the MCU Ultron the most disappointing villain? No. No, he wasn't. Not even close.

Again, Ultron killed like 5 people. It should have been 10 figures minimum. No one loves cold blooded mass genocide more than Ultron.

I like the movie. Has a lot of good and meaningful moments. It’s also the weakest of the big films.
But Avengers, Winter Soldier, AOU, Civil War, Infinity War, Endgame. That’s as good as it gets for a series.
And frick it, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver.
I mean, it’s not really the Avengers without Vision and Wanda.

Sorry, he isn't anywhere near as disappointing as Snoke.
The dude was billed as the guy behind all the evil in the Universe. We never found out anything about him. He was simply sliced in half and forgotten....wtf!!?? Such complete BS!

Yes, they made Tony the guy who made it instead of Hank Pym. He was Ultron in name only, and thats why he failed.
