It's Tournament Time! Most Hated Movie Character Of All-Time: Voting Closed

Alright fellas, it's been long enough in between tournaments, here we go again! This go around, the most hated movie characters.

For newbies to the tournaments and a reminder for those on the west coast about the tournament rules/nomination round...

Please read:

This is the nomination round. **nominate your most hated characters (as many as you want) EVEN IF I'VE ALREADY NOMINATED THEM**. This will determine the seeding. The more nominations a movie gets, the higher the seeding it will get. MOVIE, not TV.

Might need some clarity/help on the rules of who we say classifies for this. For example: Someone like Jar Jar Binks. Widely hated, but actually a good guy and probably shouldn't be hated, he was just a bad character. Let me know what you think of those types of characters.
