Just finished season 4 of Parks and Rec, a couple of thoughts

The first is obvious. Ron Swanson is in the top tier of all time great TV characters. His delivery and demeanor are just fantastic.
Less obvious is Jean Ralphio, I think. He plays the oblivious douchebag better than anyone in world history.

I think Andy is pretty hilarious too.

I think you have "Network connectivity issues" is probably his best line though.
