The show, while cheesy as frick, was at least entertaining for the first 3 seasons.
The last 2 were goddamn terrible.

As i told my wife...... all this show revolves around is Rape. if you think about it, this show is really really rapey. Claire almost gets raped, Jamie gets raped, Claire gets raped, Bree gets raped, Jamie basically rapes Roger.

My wife is a big fan and I must agree this show really gets women in the mood. The books its based on will get her even more revved-up. There's even the occasional plot-line that guys can invest in, usually when Jamie seeks vengeance on any number of bad guys. You could do worse.
