My best friend used to be head tennis pro at Maui CC and did private tennis lessons with Woody. Said he is the same guy you would expect in real life. Chill and cool.

Texas is just copying Louisiana, Georgia, and 35 other states playbook. They are going to pay to rent production which will do virtually nothing to create a sustainable film industry.
