I just wanted to let folks know about a channel that reappeared on my Roku recently, MovieLand TV. It was up early summer this past year but got pulled, possibly for copyright issues and I'm not sure how long it stays up this go around. They have some pretty awesome titles, especially for us older folks. A few examples:

Gone With the Wind
Soylent Green
The Omega Man
Planet of the Apes
The 10 Commandants
Ben Hur
Vanishing Point- Kind of obscure but I'm sure some remember it
Wicker Man

And quite a many more. The channel has its glitches, sometimes a movie won't load and the Planet of the Apes movie loses the sound right as he is approaching the statue of liberty which is kind of annoying but they really do have some good movies

It's worth checking out while it's still there

Generally great line-up on MovieLand TV, especially for we older ones.
Big problem though is a few movies with very questionable sources. They recently added two of my favorite Hitchcock films: Rear Window and Vertigo.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!!
Looks like they played a very bad old VHS copy on a CRT screen and then re-recorded with a home movie cam.
Quality SO BAD as to be unwatchable.
Poor commentary on how they regard classics!
At times other films very slow in loading.

I wish someone would find out why "The Gnome Mobile" will not play. It has been this way for quite some time and I just found this board.
