Interesting that the show is titled "Mrs." Fletcher even though they make it a point to emphasize her being a single mom.
The pilot was pretty lame, but I'll give it another shot at least.

Just looked it up. He died from an epileptic seizure. Really tragic.
I thought the first episode was really good. I think Tom Perotta’s stuff translates really well to TV or movies. Her son is awful but in the most common, standard way. Just an ungrateful brat who will grow up to be a mediocre office drone and below average distant parent and spouse.
I wonder if Julian will get his revenge by booking up with the cute older lady in his junior college English class
