The Sopranos. Season 6 really cemented it's direction towards asking bigger questions about life and happiness, and the final scene prompted more questions than answers, and I think that's what life leaves most people with.

King of the Hill may be my favorite. It took all those years but finally Hank and Bobby found something to truly bond over.
One off the beaten path that I loved was the Regular Show finale. My son and I watched that together as he grew up (I think he was 11-12 when the finale aired) and that episode really drove that home for us.
