That Bloodline fight was real. Where was that filmed and how can they get away with that?

Millions of cockfights around the world any given year for gambling purpose. One more in order to make a movie is not that big a deal.

Is that how they talked the two chickens into it?

Not chickens. Roosters, and you don't have to "talk" them into fighting. They do it naturally.
That's why roosters have spurs. They use them to fight.

All male mammal species to this...lions, rams, crocs...it's a natural instinct for the right to mate.

You should watch Cannibal Holocaust to get that nasty cockfighting taste out of your mouth and to think happy thoughts.

Bros do it too but as a small percentage. Humans tend to compete with money, social status, looks.

Oh, and war.

Was that fight really real though? They didn't have razors or anything on....

Simply? Life's brutal enough. The argument that "it happens a lot so once more is justifiable," is not ok to me.
I can appreciate the tooth and claw of nature. Sure, animals fight. When we force that upon animals for entertainment, it's is reprehensible.
