Gave this movie I had never heard of a shot tonight on the AppleTV due to great reviews and a premise new to me. Anyone check this film out?
I don't claim to be an expert in dark, chilling movies, but this has to be one of the most chilling movies I've ever seen. I think the directing and acting we're outstanding in it. But to top it off, it was all based on very true events. A simple Google search shows that 70 incidents similar to this has happened in 30 different states in the US.
Wanted to know the MTV's opinion (if there was one) on this movie. I'll place the synopsis below for anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about.

Compliance is a 2012 American thriller film written and directed by Craig Zobel, and starring Ann Dowd, Dreama Walker, and Pat Healy.[2] The plot focuses on a prank caller who pretends to be a police officer and convinces the manager of a fast-food restaurant that one of her employees committed a crime. It is based on the strip search prank call scam and more specifically inspired by the Bullitt county McDonald's case.[3] Ann Dowd's role as Sandra has earned rave reviews, and for which she won the National Board of Review Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Yeah, I think the moral of that one was "People are morons." Seriously, this happened in real life. How dumb do you have to be?

It's amazing what people will do when subjected to someone they see as an authority figure a la Milgram Experiment

It's amazing how stupid McDonald's workers and their friends can be.
I mean, naked jumping jacks and spanking? How do you even begin to think a cop would demand that, over the phone?

I've seen the good parts. The blonde chick from Don't Trust the B in Apt 23 plays the victim in this movie.
They hide her assets a lot on Apt 23.
