My theory on this is that Jimmy doesn't actually become Saul. I think he invents Saul as a character he plays at work. He puts Saul on in the morning and takes him off in the evening. After doing a rewatch of BB for my wife I think Jimmy and Saul have similarities, but their differences are too far apart for Jimmy to actually fully morph into Saul.
I think him and Kim will realize this is where his true talent is and they invent Saul together. Kim will be a silent partner at a distance for her safety and career. I also believe she was helping Saul with Walt behind the scenes and it will be shown later when we get into BB timeline.
Or I could be way off and Chuck makes a deal not to use his name.
