While I agree with this, The Leftovers has to be a close second. The most recent episode was just amazing. The end shot was unreal.
Great episode btw, we are surely in the Golden Age of Television right now folks, enjoy it.
Both of each shows episodes this week were directed by the same person, named Daniel Sackheim. Got this from Sepinwall's review. What a 2 night display of skill by Mr. Sackheim.

Huell either lost weight since BB or they made him look fatter on BB. Great episode and McKeon was fantastic.

I'll play along, even though you still can't come up with anything that has happened in BCS or Breaking Bad that supports this.
I have given plenty of examples. Just two weeks ago Kim actively helped Jimmy send Mike into Chuck's home under false pretenses by calling around and canceling his appointment.
She helped con a man with Jimmy and it turned her on.
She has shown she will break the law even though she knows better.
There have also been several little things that may be hints foreshadowing the Kim and Jimmy partnership.

Let's say she helps Jimmy with stuff like that and takes a cut. That doesn't make her half of Saul any more than it makes Sau
If she is helping him with strategy when it comes to breaking the law, then she absolutely is half of Saul. He is the face of Saul and she is the brains. He is the the one pushing to go riskier and she is the one that keeps him grounded and exercises caution.
Their strengths and weaknesses are a perfect match. They will either break up and he is Saul on his own or she will damn sure be half of the Saul Goodman operation as a silent partner. I just happen to think it will be the latter.

For clarification I don't mean Kim will be at his office doing half the work. When I say she is half of Saul I simply mean she will know what he is up to and she will help when a situation needs her particular skill set. She will also benefit in some way from this arrangement. This will also cause her to be a criminal if the law catches wind.

So glad Chuck ate a dick in this episode. He blows.

I just got to watch the episode. In my opinion one of the best episodes of the BB/BCS universe. Is it weird that I actually had some sympathy for Chuck during the last 12 minutes of the episode? Guess only a master like Vince Gilligan could it.

You keep spouting this idiotic idea on a weekly basis. Kim's character isn't half of Saul.

He must have several alters that keep upvoting that dumb arse idea.
K + J = S

There is no way Vince would insult the BB/BCS audience like that. I could see them writing Kim into the BB universe because her character fits so well, like they did with Jesse, but it would have nothing to do with Saul Goodman's criminal law practice.

Nope. There are a few people here that recognize that it seems to be trending that way at the moment. I fully realize I could be wrong, but some people here claim it's completely impossible.
You seem to think you are pretty smart so give me one reason why this is impossible. Tell me one moment in this show that has completely slammed the door shut on this idea. I will give you a hint. There's not one, but there are some moments that do seem to point towards it.

The main reason it's plausible IMO is that in BB we don't see Saul at all unless he's directly dealing with Walt, Jesse , or Mike. We don't see the other 75% of his life in BB.

Nice opening scene, but what was the significance of Chuck tossing his ex's phone? Was that supposed to be a psychological moment explaining he's become this way because of her (in his mind, anyway)? Also, is it correct to assume that Jimmy wasn't playing along, and he truly had no idea about Chuck's condition either?
If anything, at least we found out where Jimmy got the idea for swapping the address numbers.
Great episode. Admittedly, a LOT was riding on the line for Huell to slip that battery in Chuck's pocket...but unlike the "cocaine shoes" incident, I suppose they could've had a Plan B ready to go if he (Huell) couldn't pull it off. With all the "duplicate tape" discussion from last episode, I'm surprised it never got brought up in the courtroom...I thought for sure Kim or Jimmy was gonna point it out, lol...
I have no idea if Ham's theory is gonna play out or not, but it's still interesting to think about. I mean, there's no reason to assume that Kim HAD to appear in BB for it to make any sense. In the TV universe anyway, it's entirely plausible for Jinmmy & Kim's relationship to be on ice, but Kim still helps Jimmy out from a (relatively) safe distance....but when the rubber finally hits the road (Jimmy going to Omaha), Kim may very well see the window closing for good & end up going with him.

Jimmy knew about it, he was trying to get Chuck to tell her about it after he threw the phone

Ahh, that's right. Man, he really DID earn the name "Slippin' Jimmy", because that BS act was Oscar-worthy...

Just no.
Jimmy is on top now but it's not going to last. Kim will be toast by the end of the season and Chuck may have something to do with it. She'll pay the price for Jimmy's sins. The Royals stuff is a hint that they'll meet again in present time Omaha.

There is no chance, absolutely none, that they write Kim into the Breaking Bad plot as Saul's silent partner running a criminal enterprise. It is completely contrary to anything that makes sense to the story or the characters.

Agree with this. I think what pushes Jimmy to become Saul full time is a blowup with Kim.

I can't wait for the melt when they do in fact do this.

I'm starting to wonder if Ham read a spoiler about this and wants to be the smart guy who "figured it out all along."
The last three pages have been arguing about this shite.

There is a 0% chance that it happens. It has as much chance of happening as Hagrid showing up at the end of the series to tell Saul that he's a wizard and has been accepted to Hogwarts.
