They moved him from small town USA to big city USA, turned him into a woman, and gave him all people of color as his side kicks

They mention the TV show in the previews. Bates introduces herself and says something like I'm an old attorney named Matlock just like the tv show.

I'm just sick of it
They created a new show about lawyers a few years back and called it Bull. Even featured a white male as the lead. Yet when it comes to women or people of color leads, they want to steal an intellectual property, so they can claim that its an instant hit
They could call it any name, and just let it stand on its own
But they dont

Yet they want to point to obvious fed plants like Patriot Front & Charlottesville's "You will not replace us" shenanigans... as they actively replace white characters in entertainment's version of revisionist history.

Were the actor not Kathy Bates, I would have similar feelings as a Matlock fan. But this has the potential to be wonderful, she's a wonderful actor and can actually do a southern accent.
