I have a friend of a friend of someone who met someone once who told me they used iptorrents and seeded continuously for over 10 years across multiple ISPs without any VPN with no nastgrams ever

I have been with iptorrents for 13 years. I have always had something seeding. I keep some things for over a year. I never turn off my PC. I don't have a VPN. I have had no problems. What's a nastgram?
ETA: Was with Cox and ATT Fiber in that timeframe.
