I definitely recommend this movie, although I suggest that you watch it without children, and it is disturbing, also enlightening, and thought-provoking
Beautifully shot, strangely costumed, the makeup on Willem Defoe is haunting
Emma Stone masturbates A LOT
part island of Dr Moreau, part Frankenstein, part porn -Alice inWonderland, part love on the spectrum, Looks a bit like a Gilliam film

It’s great if you can stomach its pedophilic overtones.
Emma Stone’s character has sex with a man in front of his two elementary aged sons.
The fact that Hollywood lauded this film with awards just further demonstrates how bankrupt it is morally.

it is very disturbing
And yet theres a sweetness/innocence in the performance, she's the heroine I find myself rooting for the character
I'm open to discussion

I watched it recently... knowing it had this reputation, was ready and willing to cut it off if it were as bad as some have made out... I really didn't catch pedo overtones and enjoyed the movie.
The paris act could have been shorter, didn't care for as much sex as there was.
Strange, ephemeral, steam punkish, just beautifully shot. Willem Defoe was awesome. I hate Ruffalo, but he did a good job in his part.
Do not watch with kids, do not watch really with anyone aside from a spouse... very raunchy scenes here and there.

One of the podcasts i listen to went into a debate over if emma stones nipples are weird or not after watching this. They did strike me as kinda unique.

I think she was teen level when she started horndogging... her development was pretty quick, but I get you.. the masturbatory part was definitely coming across childlike.

shoving the fruit and veggies in her cooch was a dramatic choice

I liked it way more than I thought I would. It’s quite good.
Bizarre film but it all comes together.

Having the brain of a baby/fetus transplanted into the body of the baby’s mother who committed suicide didn’t come across as taking advantage of child??
What would have been the age of the brain when she ran off with Duncan and began having sex non-stop?
Even the speeding up of the development of her brain for story telling purposes had to have still put her as very child like in mental development.

It’s a very inventive and unique movie.
It may not be for everyone, but it’s well worth the watch. It’s very good and unlike anything else released in the last decade or more.

It's just more perverted social engineering by Hollywood leftist extremist.
They can't as yet produce fully blown child pornography so they do a Frankenstein movie casting an adult with a transplanted brain of her own baby.
Frankly it took a pretty sick individual to contrive such a plot.
