First one that came to mind. The next was the old Geico commercial where the new father is trying to avoid long-distance phone charges, so he calls his parents collect and says the call is from "Bob...Wehadababyitsaboy."
His dad declines the charge and when his mom asks from the other room who called he says (while fluffing his newspaper): It was Bob. They had a baby. It's a boy.
