Because she is a cook making her a specialist, not an actress. She is supposed to be real and not pretending to be anything or anyone else.
Even her IMDB backs me up only giving her credit as an actress for 3 things

I am only counting women who I can clearly see are being nominated.
For example, some people are making their lists clear and easy to read. But others are simply co-signing what another person said in regards to that specific actress which counts.
If you say you love Allison Brie too or agree with someone in a post, that counts.
Upvoting a post doesnt count.

No, I am doing it this way because in 2012 we did the all-time one and had a winner so I wasn't going to redo the same thing, I wanted to change it up

Disney characters count but let's be careful about ages here.
Ariel Winter made the list but only because she turned 18 in January. (Modern Family)
We need to make sure we aren't choosing 14 year olds that might be legal now but weren't doing their tv shows. Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens count because they have done tv and movies since 2000 and after they turned 18
