Nothing happens the entire movie and that’s what is supposed to be so good about it. IMO it’s just for people to pretend they like so they can seem smart or something. I wouldn’t waste your time. It’s dogsh!t.

Just find the windows and doors and close them again

Yeah, that's my opinion (without having seen it yet) as well. It's one of those movies where people pretend it's awesome to be in the cool club.
But after the marketing on it months ago (there was a thread about it here) being the "scariest movie evarrrr!!!11!" even though nothing happens and it's all just ambient noise and random shots of a dark house, I figured that marketing was all for show.
I keep telling myself I'll watch it one day, but then I just never want to commit to watching essentially nothing for 90 minutes.

It would have been a very, very good short movie. Or Black Mirror episode. It is too long. Some parts are “beautifully unsettling” though and I do think it’s worth watching for that. But don’t expect a typical movie experience.

It's kind of creepy and it held my attention (because I was waiting for something really scary to happen), but it's not the BESTEST HORROR MOVIE EVAR like some people online said.

Wasn’t somebody on here majorly sucking off this movie months ago?

One of the worst 15 mins of any movie I've ever seen.

I’ve seen so many YouTube people rave about it. I watched it for 15 minutes and turned it off.

Amazing film and write up if I do say so.

Was excited about it when I saw the trailer but my brother who is a pretty big horror movie buff told me it was terrible.
That's all I needed to hear to know it was one of those critic "pat themselves on the back" for liking kind of movies.

Everyone is so over the top with everything these days. It’s hard to take anything seriously.
