Ha! Then he has that line after they speak Latin to each other where he says something like,"And he's an educated man. Now I really hate him."

It's not a line, but when he tries to show off and Doc punks him with the cup is one of my favorite movie scenes

*Interrupted by three men yelling and stumbling into the streets from a saloon, and two of them shooting the third dead*
Doc: "Very cosmopolitan."
