Pretty interesting documentary. The gist of it is this. Two sets of male twins born in Colombia. One boy from each set ends up in the same Bogota hospital. Then, they get accidentally switched and sent home to the other family where they are raised with the other twin in very different environments, Bogota and rural Santander. In their twenties, the error is discovered by chance and they meet their actual twin brothers and families.

Scientists love these scenarios because it gives them the opportunity to measure the nature v. nurture debate.
I think there was also a documentary about identical triplets who were separated at birth and never told about it. They kept having these bizarre encounters where some stranger would approach them and start talking to them like they knew who they were. They eventually put the puzzle together and met.
