The actress who plays Amy in Everybody Loves Raymond is terrible.

She is absolutely cringeworthy in every scene. She’s not attractive at all, and the only reason she got the part is because she’s married to one of the producers.

I thought she was a pretty good comic actress. Way better than the pure shite they put on network TV these days. Some of the actors are worse than high school play talent level.

She was already light years ahead of Amy in the looks department, but one episode they had them sitting next to each other. Seeing them side by side made Amy look even worse. I felt bad for the actress who played Amy.

I thought she actually fit in with the rest of the cast very well. A lot better than George’s fiancée, who they had to kill off because of how much she drug the show down.

I think she’s perfectly cast for Robert’s significant other. I think everyone cast on that show was totally solid, from Amy’s parents to Debra’s parents. I loved Georgia Engel and Katherine Helmond on “Coach”.
