Yes. They’re not as annoying as stalkers imo but you empty out your reserves of all your ammo and throwables

I 100% agree there were a bunch of better options, but even if the character was someone not so odd looking, it would not have made a single difference. She's just a badly written character. Had the actress that plays Dina been cast as Ellie, it wouldn't have mattered, I still would have hated her character. She's still be an annoying, self centered, foul mouth, disrespectful, hardheaded bitch.

And there is no consequences for her actions. It's not like anyone knows why she is special. I guess Joel was the only reason everyone let her get away with everything.

If a post does a post credits recap type thing I always watch it. Watching after this show legit makes me mad because these guys seem more of a doofus than Dumb and Dumber from GoT. Every post episode at some point in my head I think "are these two really the dudes writing this show."

What was so bad about it? I bought it for my son this past Xmas and sat and watched him play thru it. I thought it was pretty great. My son's main criticism was it's far too long.

A lot of people who think they "get it" didn't really understand the story at all, and reacted to what happened on the surface and certain character builds/storylines. Basically made it a personality to hate a game that sold a ton of copies and won multiple awards, which only made the hate increase.
It's a beautiful game (graphics and gameplay are incredible) and the story makes you think and reassess what you maybe previously thought. Some just hate having their minds messed with, I guess.

It’s a terrible story. The writing was laughable and the pacing just bad. It’s woke and it killed the main character so early was a disrespect to the fans and had no payoff. Switching between characters took away from any consistency. I’m sure if I was a little kid I would like anything also
