this right here. They really need separate threads for the game folks but, I'm sure they would still post in the non game threads because they have to show how smart they are and how much they know about the game.
IDGAF about the game. Having to read though post after post about the game is annoying AF!
Hated seeing Joel die. He saves Abby and she repays him by killing him.
The attack n Jackson Hole was very hard home/The long night. Action was so fast and furious, it was hard to keep up with who was getting taken down.
I'm guessing the stuff in the broken pipe was communicating with the horde? They were chasing Joel, Dina and Abby then took a hard turn towards the city.
Ellie should have at least gotten to take out one of Abby's gang before she gets tackled.

If you don’t think last of us 2 game is woke. You’ve got as many problems as Corinthians. This is another reason why Hollywood will continue to put out failed projects that otherwise would be great. The more some of you continue to turn a blind eye the worse it will get.
Funny how no one complained about the 1st “game” which was one of the best video games I’ve ever played in my life.
Ellie’s unforgivable casting has everyone rooting for Abby this time around.

Was finally able to watch it and I thought it was extremely well done. The shite going on Jackson felt more like an episode of Game of Thrones before season 8 and we get to see Tommy being a total badass. Infected had always been a pretty massive threat but this episode they felt more like the 28 Days Later zombies also bloaters are always a nightmare
As for the death of Joel man was it brutal as frick. I knew it was coming but damn did it still disturb me especially given how she tortures Joel is a tad different. I know some may hate the idea of a main character getting such a brutal death but I'll remind them that this in fact a brutal world where not everyone is going out like a badass. And Joel made a lot of enemies throughout his life his actions just finally caught up to him. At least he was a badass till the bitter end telling Abby to go frick herself.
Dever is also knocking it out as Abby her speech to Joel and just everything leading up to that was done phenomenally well. I'd like to point out that she mentions that she was 19 when Joel killed her dad the same age Ellie is now losing Joel. One of the many parallels the two have.

Not a race thing. She’s portrayed as the SJW in this and it’s 2 for 2 already this season.
First episode was her conversation with Joel. He said they couldn’t handle any more refugees and her response was he was once a refugee. I think he had a good point and has proven his worth to the compound so didn’t deserve that.
This episode it’s her to the rescue again seeming to make that guy apologize for what he said at the party. I’m fine with the scene but she didn’t need to be a part of it.
I’m fully expecting more of the same out of her.
