I didn’t see a spoiler thread for this, unless someone created it without the show title in it.
We were watching this thinking, “man, this evidence is extremely vague and sketchy.” Once the producer began to add the “crazy” music while the author was speaking, you knew where the show was headed.
Fairly well done docuseries, but stretched out too long. I have more sympathy for the author than the co-author. She seemed to know the book was sketchy as hell, or should’ve known.
Guessing that, since the author is from Baton Rouge and hits the online forums, he’s on TigerDroppings. Sorry for what you went through.

I dont like to speak bad of people with issues, and that guy obviously has a ton, but he is a bitch. I hate his whole "feel sorry for me" attitude.

I have always kind of thought that anyone with the audacity to kill people and taunt the police about it with letters would want to embrace the infamy at some point, perhaps posthumously.
Maybe leave behind proof after death. I dunno.

We lost interest midway through episode 3. The first 2 episodes hook you in and then its just the same thing over and over, and I didn't care that much. I bailed.

SPOILER
The entire book falls to pieces. They bring experts to refute the previous "experts" on the fingerprints, handrwiting, etc. The birth mother says it's a fabrication and the police clarify that they never put a high value on the DNA evidence (which was flawed to begin with).
