I was not a big fan because:

1. They combined two characters in the book into one.

2. They took out a couple of great scenes where the damon character really busted the insurance company.

They seem to do that in all the movies to make the situation more hopeless to add tension, but I think it really makes the story less interesting.

Good. I liked it better than a time to kill.

Considering the political clare toward insurance companies I would not mind catching this flick again....

According to John Grisham this is his favorite adaption of his novels into movies. The Chamber is his least favorite.
