Wentworth on Netflix... Better Than Orange is the New Black

So saw this on Netflix under new releases, female prison show set in Australia called Wentworth. Figured I'd check it out. I'm pretty much hooked now lol
It's pure drama, unlike OITNB, and much more brutal if you watch more episodes than just the 1st one. There is attempted gang rape with a screwdriver, beatings, prison riot, etc.
Plus Australia has some weird shite where little kids get to live in prison with their mom. I saw this on the show and thought that had to be fake, but no shite, its a real thing.
None of the cast is overly hot, but it's not a bunch of ugly arse women either. There is a lesbian and some mild lesbian sex in a few eps.
Overall, I definitely think it's worth a watch. I'm about 7 eps in now.

I'm on EP 8 or 9 now and she is one crazy bitch! This show gets even more fricked up. It's awesome and I like it way better than OITNB.
A lot of the same elements are there though, like the flashback for each character to see how they ended up in prison, although I like the way Wentworth does it better. I wonder which show came about first?
