What happens at the end of eagle eye (spoiler)?

I fell asleep right when the computer gets shia lebuff to turn back on the command to kill the president and so on. So then what? I dont even want to turn the movie back on and watch the ending it was that bad.

Shia's character finds out that his brother actually died two years ago and had been replaced by a new government robot. His brother didn't die; the robot self destructed.

Shia Lebouef realizes that if he killed all the gophers there would be no one left to play golf, then goes on spewing about the Dalhi Lama and then after crossing the streams and defeating Zuel accidentally thinks of the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man ending when the Toka and Razor shrinking back to babies and Shredder consumes all the ooze to be reborn as Kevin Nash but the turtles realize they're turtles when the dock is being destroyed and just go under water. Go Ninja Go Ninja Go
but in all seriousness

he figures out that the bomb was placed in the chicks son's instrument and goes to save the day, realizing he wouldn't make it in time brandishes a gun and starts firing it into the air, bringing the performance to a hault, and him getting shot a few times because they think he's trying to kill the president. It fades to black making you think he's dead, and your not at the chick's kids or her birthday party and magically through the door is shia's character still alive. The machine gets destroyed by the chick and some other guy during the sequence of events involving the musical performance.
i think that pretty much sums it up, i may have left out a few parts.... Oh billy bob dies too.

The chick is supposed to kill Shia but won't. Shia gets away.
Shia goes to the capitol where a concert is being held that will be attended by everyone on the list.
The super explosive is placed on an amulet that the chick is then told to wear at the concert. She is unaware that the necklace is explosive and she is unaware that her son is at the concert with the frequency thingamadoole in his instrument.
Shia breaks into the concert at the last moment and fires a pistol to stop the kid from playing the explosive note. He is then shot by the scret service.
Meanwhile the black chick and one of the secret base people destroy the computer.
Then super cheese moment....Shia is fine and receiving an award and his brother also receives an award and it was the computer that killed his brother.
