What If? Harley Quinn Vs Black Widow

After watching the new Suicide Squad, I watched "Birds of Prey", which I never got around to when it came out, and I wasn't aware how much bad-arse fighting Harley did in her stand alone movie.
I normally don't get into the "Vs" discussions but my hypocrisy only goes so far (shameless Doc Holiday quote)
After watching Harley and Natasha's fights, I have no doubt that Harley Quinn absolutely destroys Black Widow. Nat needs her guns and tech to supplement her fighting while Harley uses what ever she has. If she has no weapons she's bad arse with her bare hands and feet. Also, Harley will fight much dirtier that Black Widow will.
Also, if Harley get a little cocaine in her she becomes a berserker.

Harley Quinn has the ultimate weapon in every comic she's in: plot armor.
In some versions, she has super strength from Poison Ivy somehow, but mostly her super power is favorable writing.

This. I'm no DC comic guy, so please fill me in, but isn't her backstory simply that she was a criminal psychologist, who fell in love with Joker, who then tortured her, turned her crazy, so she helped him get out of the asylum ?
Fine. She's crazy. She acts out on her most twisted and violent impulses, thanks to Joker ( a man, btw )
Where'd she learn to be an elite level close range combat fighter with supreme strength , skill and ability? Was she a college athlete before working as a shrink for criminals ?
Black Widow, I get. She was ruthlessly trained to both spy and assassin. She's an expert with many styles of weapons, or none , if needed.

She went to the same school of enemy combat that regular guys like John McClane, Martin Riggs, and Axel Foley went to learn the art of "Tai-I'm winning the fight no matter how hopelessly over matched I am-Do."
Need to diffuse a bomb or shut down a fancy computer system you've never even seen before let alone used? You'll stop it with 1 second left on the timer every time!
Have to race your car around town like Mario Andretti? You won't even end up with a scratch on your car no matter how many things you hit!
Battle with a person twice your size w/far more combat ability incoming? You'll win by pulling off an impossible and/or lucky move after getting your arse beat the majority of the fight!
