Today at work, one of the young guys (30), said this when we were talking about something.
He considers himself a movie buff.
I ask him what movie that was from.
His answer:
“Major Payne”
He said he has never heard of “Cool Hand Luke”

He isn't wrong. In Cool hand Luje, doesn't he say "what we got here"? So its a subtle difference and its a line from Major Payne..
