What I don't know...
Who do Rod and Tracy belong to?

Clue....
In one of the airport scenes, Uncle Frank has his arm around Tracy and Tracy's arm is around Fuller as they walk out of the airport

My guess....
Rod and Tracy belong to Uncle Frank and Aunt Leslie

Anyone got the answers?

I remember that somewhere it was mentioned that Heather is Uncle Rob's daughter. I could see Rod being Fuller's brother.

By that logic, that would make Sondra Uncle Rob's daughter too

Joe Pesci: Are your parent's home?
Sondra: Yeah
Joe Pesci: Do they live here?
Sondra: No

If her parent's were home, then they are not Uncle Frank and Aunt Leslie because they are at Peter's house
