This show grew absurd towards the end. The trial was a joke with so much foolishness I doubt they listened to a consultant. Then, who walks back into prison uncuffed, unescorted and not processed?

Just got around to finishing season 2. Yeah they left some things undone for a possible season 3.. But they should probably just let it go..
Couple of questions, what on earth could Eugene testify to about the Baxters? I could see if the feds wanted him to testify about Desire but he don't know shite about the Baxters.
The judge going back to prison.. Did he admit to fixing the Rocco trial? I'm guessing yes?
The old mafia man would have made sure Jimmy was dead, right? I mean c'mon...
