we have quite a few it seems

i know these aren't all musicians; but there are quite a few tie-ins if for nothing else; the pop-culture importance and it makes me feel OLD and SAD

- richard simmons
- pee wee herman

- sinead o'connor
- tina turner
- irene cara
- laura branigan (died way too soon!)

- lead singer of dead or alive

- eddie money




..i know that rock & roll lifestyle is tough but damn, my 80s peeps gotta quit dying on me.

i've missed a ton; those are just some that were rolling around in my head.

The lead singer of The Cult, Ian Astbury, is still alive as far as I know unless something happened today

Rock and roll doesn't have an old timers' day. Live fast, die young and leave an emaciated, drug-filled corpse is the rule not the exception, as it turns out.
