Anyone Know the Truth Behind Cross Canadian Ragweed's Breakup?

I know Ragsdale leaving the band to be there for his son who has autism was a cover up of sorts.
I read somewhere where Cody said there would never be a reunion because there would to much animosity up on stage even after a decade and how he couldn't play with someone who "sued me"
Just wondering what's the long version of the breakup.

They realized that they were all Canadians, then they hated each other.

I really hope they work it out and get back together at least for another album and/or tour. Cody's stuff after Cross Canadian Ragweed has been really hit or miss. Ragweed is one of my favorite bands and I still listen to their music quite often.

Turnpike Troubadours and Cross Canadian Ragweed should plan a co-headlining reunion tour for 2021.

Maybe they got tired of having such a stupid name?

This is just what I've heard from some people close to most of the artists in the Red Dirt Scene, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm not going to name any names because I don't want this shite to get traced back to me if someone runs a search, and frankly, it's no one's business. But I'll connect the dots as best as I can while being as vague as possible--I like getting information on this kind of shite, so I'm not ruining it.
There were some internal issues between one member (this member was not a part of the three-person "reunion" set at Steamboat a year or so after the breakup) and a prominent "management" figure that handles a lot of the day-to-day shite that went on with Ragweed and now Cody Canada (and formerly, Cody Canada & The Departed).
There was a lot of tension among all band members. If you watch the finale at Joe's in Chicago, you can see one band member exit the stage rather abruptly. Cody has even gone on record in saying that Ragsdale approached him and said, (paraphrasing), "You know this isn't just about my kid, right?"
Cody did everything in his power to protect the band's brand prior to and immediately following the breakup. Since then, he has been less than apologetic and unwavering on his stance regarding a reunion.
Fast forward to today. Cody and Jeremy still have the trio and have since dropped "The Departed," and Cross, Rags, & Young have formed, using a very similar logo to the old Ragweed shield. Shannon Canada even posted on Instagram that as long as no one breaks any rules, all is good.
That bridge ain't getting rebuilt any time soon, but who knows? Give it another 5-10 years and we'll see.
As for the Turnpike Troubadours, it seems pretty similar, only everyone knows Evan Felker was the problem.

Everything I've seen from Cody has been, "someone didn't wanna do it anymore."
Cody kept playing. Randy played for either Bowen or Stoney. Plato went with Cody.
Grady opened a bar. I always assumed it was him.

Yeah, I don't really know anything about them. Just making a joke at the expense of Canadians. Probably should have linked a South Park video or something.
Or maybe just said "Blame Canada".
