Ever heard of POGO?

I just came across a youtube DJ/remix-musician, POGO, with a growing audience, who belongs to an obscure electronic genre of Plunderphonics, that has been around infrequently since, at least, the 80's.
The genre is known for using existing audio file or video file samples to create new melodies/compositions, but unlike hip-hop samplers or familiar remix artists, their defining feature is micro-sampling, where words/phrases/sentences could be cut-off mid-syllable and combined with other half-words/phrases/sentences to form new notes into a unintelligible but melodic composition.
POGO seems to be the most palatable of the (few) artists in the genre because he genuinely creates what I think are fascinating melodies with the newly-combined gibberish lyrics, then lays his own fresh bass-lines/percussion/strings,etc over them. He's got an ear for picking up micro-notes in the human voice. Some videos have over 20M views.
Here's a few (short) examples (anywhere from 1 to 3 mins long):
Absoblume (My Fair Lady micro-sample remix)
Wizard of Meh (Wizard of OZ micro-sample remix)
The Trouble (Disney animation micro-sample remix)
Bloom (Another Disney micro-sample remix)
Nothing high-brow, as is the case with any electronic remixer I've personally come across, but I'm curious if anybody else finds this as fairly interesting as I do.

His Picard (Star Trek: The Next Generation) Song is how I found him.
His video editing skills are impressive. He only had one color shirt but edited to make it change. Also did the Data eyes pretty perfectly.

Good one.
I see a lot of comments on this Trumpular one that a lot of conservatives found him from Steven Crowder's channel.
I didn't find it as interesting only because it is a traditional remix, with no mid-word cut-offs/combinations. But it fairly even handed, and has a feel-good vibe that makes Trump, HRC and Obama all look like they could one day get along, in theory.

I feel like I read somewhere that POGO isn't allowed in the US anymore haha. His music played at Disney which is pretty cool.

Wow. Didn't know either tidbits.
I read some comments talking about some controversial/homophobic comments he made before.
I also can see why Disney might be interested in his Disney remixes. He does do a lot of them. EDIT: maybe Disney caught wind of his comments and stop playing his tunes.

I really enjoyed "Forget". Probably his most unintelligible one I've heard yet.

If you haven't already heard/watched it, Alice is sorta the song that put him on the map.
It was one of the first youtube videos I remember watching

Yes. Enjoyed that one as well. There's actually hardly any that I've come across so far that aren't melodically pleasing.

Def a unique artist. I've really enjoyed his stuff over the years. It puts me in a really good mood and I picture like all the different animation dream worlds and stuff. Very trippy
