Need Wireless Headset Microphone Recommendations

I've been playing with friends a little lately but really hate having to constantly worry if I'm getting close enough to the mic to be heard. I bought this Rockville two mic rig which works fine, but the wiring into the headsets is so fragile looking I'm just leaving it at my buddies house for when we practice.

I'm looking for something a little more rugged and thought I'd ask the friends here for any recommendations.
