Its really good. Sounds early Pink Floyd with a dash of lighter Opeth and of course Wilson's style.

Yeah I’ve read as much about it. Haven’t had a chance to listen yet, but I need to get to it. I haven’t enjoyed much of the last few solo albums, but his Porcupine Tree work is some of my favorite. And his earlier solo stuff is great.
