No Samhain albums on iTunes?

Danzig probably owns the production rights to the songs and cant come to terms with itunes on a contract.

Danzig is very protective of his work and still has his fingers on the misfits tour money. I wouldnt have a problem with this if they were like a cover band, but they are a jerry only away from being a separate original band.

When artists dont allow their work to be on itunes, i see that as them telling me to torrent it. if they wanted even the slightest profits, they would allow people to buy them.

There are a lot of shady deals that have happened with artists and their labels. some artists get shelved behind a contract and its cheaper for them to walk away.

priest fulfilled their original 3 album deal by releasing the first two albums again as a double. really fricked the label. Megadeth did a best of album to finish their deal with capital... it was called capital punishment. pretty frickin slick if you ask me.

All im saying is that there is a very good possibility that there are hold ups between danzig and the record label, and knowing how tight danzig is, he wont budge.

I never got into samhain. loved misfits. never liked samhain or danzig.
