PHRED Instruments - Jerry Garcia style Tiger guitar for $689?

PHRED Instruments. Has anyone heard of or know anything about this company? It this just a novelty?
I cant imagine getting a triple humbucker guitar like this that is actually playable for $689. Sounds too good to be true...right?
