Back in the late 80's to early 90's he put out some great music, then he just disappeared.

Nobody's Home, Where Are You Now and Burn One Down are all classic country hits. Modern country radio won't play Clint Black. He's too country for country.

That duet he did with Hartman was insufferable. Not sure if I’ve heard anything new from him since. But I love his old stuff.

Clint Black had top 5 hits on the charts in three different decades? 12 #1's and 17 other top 10 hits in his career.

I watched his Big Interview with Dan Rather. Clint said Nashville didn't like him because he wrote his own songs. Said his record label wanted him to co-write some songs with some of their song writers to spread the wealth. He didn't much desire to do that

He married Larry Sanders and moved to Maui.

He played in Baton Rouge at L'auberge in June. Has too much talent to compete with current crop of what is called country music.
