Still hangin' in there & haven't given up on "our" Pelicans quite yet...but just wish...

1. We'd unload Zion and BI asap. CJ too, if we can.
2. Go "full tankarama" & finish in bottom 3 (not much difference in 1-3)
3. Use the season to teach Trey how to develope a decent overall game & not just being a shooter. If he's basically JUST a shooter...I'd have to consider trading him especially if I could get another possible slot in this strong-azz draft
that is coming up.
4. Use the season to try & experiment as much as possible to see how much responsibility Herb can handle on the offensive end. The guy hasn't topped out yet...
5. I'd luv to luck out and get #1 pick especially if Flagg is EVERYBODY'S #1 pick. I'd probably trade down & try to get an established young star AND maybe still manage to have a top 6 or so pick in the Flagg "trade down".
6. Murray is interesting situation...I like him BUT if he can help facilitate a major draft "move"...I wouldn't be against moving him also.
7. Obviously...I'M A DESPERATE MAN...WITH A DESPERATE PLAN !!!

Would be so beyond pissed. The role players are there in spades for a true #1. Ship the two bums out of here. Not the fricking top caliber role players.

if his offensive production doesn't pick up and he continues to be a liability on that end of the floor, more often than not, then i could get with the idea of shipping him out in the future...

really hoping we end up top 2 in the draft... Flagg or Bailey, and honestly, I think the safter, more consistent pick would be Bailey

gotta get rid of Willie and Griff... gotta trade Zion and BI...

our essential pieces, going forward, should be:

PG Murray/Jose/Boston
SG Herb/Hawkins
SF Bailey (or Flagg)
PF Murphy
C Missi/Matkovic

got holes to fill, and maybe some of the guys we have can fill those, or we have to go the FA route, but yeah... time to get younger, more athletic, more reliable, and just better overall... wholesale changes are needed though
