He's likeable but there has been a lot of non-answers on these questions and dancing around. You can read the insinuations regarding analytics, willie and medical staff but he hasn't said anything specific

Exactly. I’m not sure this guy has a plan for this organization. All he keeps saying is getting good people in the building and focusing on intangibles. That’s cool and all but I want to know what you think this team needs, and what kind of team you’re trying to build

It was very very very non-specific on virtually everything.
Really no details on what a plan going forward is, what the real approach is.
I wouldn't expect DETAILS, and we are used to non-answers I guess.
