Will Guillory tweeted this:

Brandon Ingram on coming back from injury before the postseason:

"I feel like I've had spurts where I feel good, but not completely. I'm not happy with none of my performances from the playoffs. I don't think I'm myself completely. I'll continue to push forward."

Its been 5 games since your arse has been back. Get over it. This will be the theme- last year we didn’t have Zion and CJ played hurt. This year we didn’t have Zion and BI played hurt. Absolutely fricking ridiculous.

I love Ingram but even I think it’s time to trade him.

Ingram for Murray works for me.

We have had bad injury luck come playoff time. This year being the worst. But, BI played like soft dog shite this series. CJ hasn’t shot well at all also. Series goes very different if Zion didn’t get hurt. But, we shouldn’t have laid down like we did this series.

Time to move BI.

Short of Jaxson Hayes and Devonte Graham getting a few minutes this team is exactly the same team that played Phoenix in the playoffs two years ago. Go look at the box scores from that series if you don’t believe me, there’s not a single new guy on this roster that’s been in the rotation for this series that wasn’t here two years ago. A team that is eight games above .500 in that timespan hasn’t made any changes.

The point being, this is what they do. Find excuses for why things went as they did. It’s going to be the third offseason in a row they use the “what could have been “ excuse.

It's what we feared, though. BI is a rhythm player, and when he comes back from injury, he typically sucks for a while and it takes him a number of games to get fully into that rhythm. It's not an excuse -- rather, it's a shortcoming in his game. But it shouldn't be surprising to any of us, because we've seen it several times now with him.

Team is an embarrassment of weak players that do not care. Comes from the very top right on down the franchise.

We always need a scapegoat it seems. He didn’t play up to par,
but I’m not going to speculate on his
Will or his “roughness”.

I was wondering what injury they were going to make up for BI after this series but even the excuses are soft.
