Does he do that? Has he done that all year? He's a pseudo starter except he isn't introduced in the starting lineup. That's the problem. And we know Willie will be here going forward since he got extended, so Griff has to get rid of Nance to keep Willie from playing him so much.

Nance is the epitome of the problem with this organization mindset. Its this confusion that great character equals great basketball player. They are obsessed with great character players but no effort in finding talented basketball players who fit. Hence the product we get. Bunch of good guys who arent good enough on the court.
