This is not about accomplishments or career success. This is strictly based on highlight reels and wow factor. So, mine goes
1. Jordan
2. D Wade
3. Kobe
4. Steph
5. Iverson
6. Kyrie
7. Prime Vince
8. D Rose
9. Bron
10. Amare Stoudemire (best P&R finisher I've ever seen)
Jordan and Wade both have the whole package. Dribble moves, layups, finishing moves (euro, spin step, hop step, windmill step, ect) blocks, ect. Wade really doesn't have the tough jump shots on a Kobe level, but Wade as a slasher was just poetry on motion. His change of direction was the quickest in NBA history imo. Rather from a stand still or in transition at top speed, bro could change direction in an instant. He also had the best body control out of all his peers. His shot block reel is legitimately untouchable and I don't think that will ever be topped by another guard. He got blocks in every single way. He probably blocked more jump shots than anyone in the history of the game (Draymond is definitely up there).
Kobe could be higher imo, but he lacks the exciting blocks on a Wade/Jordan level. He also has the whole package, veru close to Wade but I prefer the slashing over Kobes tough jumpers. Wade beats Kobe in everything except the jump shot highlights.
Amare was the most exciting big of his era and it's not even close imo. Blake Griffin would be my #11 and his finishing is GOAT level, but as a face up big, he wasn't as good as Amare from the triple threat around the elbow.
Steph lacks the dunks but he has everything else and is such an underrated slasher and finisher. His layup highlights can compete with the 5 star athletes and that's crazy for a dude who's not athletic. He also doesn't have the blocks though.
Vince is easily the GOAT dunker and his dunks alone can compete with all of the full package players, also had amazing layups. However, he has ZERO dribble move highlights and his handle was below all of his peers. He also couldn't push the ball at full speed and maneuver around defenders like any of his peers. He barely ever led a fast break as the ball handler and didn't cross over anyone in his prime. His handle was pretty average.
D Rose man. If he stayed healthy he could have been right behind Wade on an excitement tip. Fun as hell to watch in his prime but that prime was only 3 seasons smh.
Bron is just kinda robotic as a ball handler and never really crossed anyone over, he's hella underrated with his layups though. The most finesse in his game comes from his layups. It's the only thing he really does with finesse. He doesn't really have finishing moves at the basket though. He can take off from anywhere but he doesn't really breakdown the defenders at the basket. He can just rise and finish thru them.

I keep forgetting about Penny also. Penny handle was amazing and his first step was elite. He could explode so fast out of his spin or when he has bis back to the basket. He was really light on his feet and took quick short explosive steps. He was fast as hell. Penny was a lot faster than other athletes of his stature. T Mac, Pippen, Vince, Kobe, Grant Hill, ect.

Tom Chambers was a freak in his prime. Probably the craziest dunk I’ve ever seen where he just two handed it from like the FT line

Bird's shite-talking put him in the top 5 when combined with ability to score whenever he chose to.
Magic also has to be on the list

You have a top ten most exciting list without Shaq, but with Amare.
Also, how the hell does Kyrie make it over Luka?
Mine would include (not in top 10 order)
Shaq
Lebron
Curry
Luka
Magic
Bird
MJ
Iverson
After that, maybe Rose, his prime was so short. Then possibly Nash or KG.

I guess none of you guys are old enough to have watched the human highlight film????
Dominique Wilkins
He could put a quarter on top of the backboard and he got robbed against Jordan in the dunk contest

Curry is the one. Outside of MJ, he’s the most entertaining and magical player ever, changed the nature of the game itself. His skill is so far beyond the others while I think those guys with most athleticism are all in a similar grouping.

Best slasher in the history of the game. It's multiple ways to get to the basket, Wade was elite at ALL of them and had more highlights where the crossover and finish was just straight WOW factor. The block on STAT and half court heave. The dribble behind Pecovic back and pop to Shaq, splitting the defenders and banging on Emeka Okafor, sending Howard Eisley 30 feet away with a stop dribble thru the legs, ect.
You will have a hard time finding a more versatile highlight reel that could compete with Wade.
Look at the weaving thru multiple defenders here and try to find me a single player who did these things every single night.
ESPN used to track nightly top 10 highlights. From 2003 to 2011, he had more top 10 highlights than anyone in ALL of sports.
Here you go though
