Specifically Trey for #8 plus Kuminga, and whatever else would be included. Says Pelicans really want a top 10 pick

Starts around 3 minutes:

If there's any truth to this, I am seriously done. How are you going to sell your pick only to give up your biggest asset to get your pick back a year later. Like what the actual frick.

If you get 3 more firsts its still a shite move but at least youre commiting to a rebuild of some sort. Especially if you can get rid of zion/murray/poole

They’d have to give us the full rights to the bucks pick next year, 8, plus another pick. I’m not a fan of Kuminga at all. Don’t want

Either way.. not a great look

So trading TM3 (our biggest asset who should get us a huge haul) for 2 DMV guys and ignoring the value. This is the darkest era of Pels management.

8 plus more?

Trey, Herb and Missi for Kuminga, Okongwu, #8 and next year Bucks pick back?

Would seem pretty fair to me. Okongwu has become a VERY good center

8 plus Kuminga honestly isn't bad. I like that better than the Pistons offer of Holland, Beef Stew, 21, and maybe a future first

Trey is better shooter and better locker guy than Kum, but Kum is very explosive and good at times and has a lot of potential. He also has valuable playoff experience.

Pick 8 could be Mara which would give us a true defensive counter to Wemby. Jokic, Sengun. As well as match up better against mid divisional players like Edey, Gafford, and Lively who largely dominate us. It would also free us up a Missi trade for future draft capital or a shooter.

I think if we get Kuminga back in the deal there is no reason to draft Ament. Which is probably a positive.

Would rather just keep tm3 than draft mara.

I'd rather Mara over Ament. But there is just too much chatter on the Pelicans and Ament. It seems that we are pretty smitten with him, and he is the target. Hopefully it is a smoke screen, but it's not subtle.

I'm not going to lose my shite if they make the move. Murphy will be an interesting fit with the Hawks, next to Johnson and NAW. Kuminga will probably want an extension, or we'll have to flip him pretty quick.

If it were me, I'd tell the Hawks that I want Risacher, Kispert, #8, and the full rights to the Bucks pick next year. I guess they would draft Ament and we'd be super loaded with wings. I still think that Risacher has some potential that might be unlocked in a new location. Kispert gives us some shooting. That makes a little more sense, value wise to me..

I would think we’d start seeing a lot more chatter and rumors today with the draft being tomorrow?

Let’s make a bad trade worst by trading our best player to get back the pick we gave up. My word this is an all time low.

We could have had one had the FO not made the worst draft day trade in ages last year.

Making more bad deals to try to fix past bad deals is the sign of a stable, intelligent front office

We could have Queen and our pick this year if our FO was smart.

What? Huge overpay. No way in hell I would give all that up for Kuminga Okongwu, #8 and Bucks pick.
