A good coach maximizes a player strengths and tries to minimize their weaknesses.

If BI was coached by a good coach how would he be used or is this just who he is.

We see other players leave the Pels and become better.

Why doesn’t Willie bench him for periods when he refuses to play the proper way or atleast call him out?

Basically let him play like DeRozen. That's the ceiling.

How many coaches does he need?

His decision making and play is too slow for the modern NBA.

C;mon.

His decision-making and playmaking has really turned a corner the past year or 2.

He's not athletic enough to be an isolation player in the playoffs, but he can excel in a secondary scorer role. He just refuses to do that and wants to iso into long jumpers.

Phil Jackson, Spo or Popp aint fixing BI.

Kerr on Team USA benched him- which im sure people will say he’s a horrible coach.

Get him to buy into the offensive system you want to run. Willie failed at that. Bad on both him and BI there.

SVG got fired for that so did Gentry. Its all the coaches fault BI cant buy in?? At what point do you blame the player for being an adult and buying into the offense himself and being a leader?

Have him traded for a better fit.

He wants to be the first option.

His touches would be closer than 25-30 feet. 15ish feet off screens would be great so he can immediately shoot or at least work less.

Such an odd way to look at it. No coach can hold BI’s hand and physically force him to shoot 3s. And BI isn’t nearly good enough to be pampered like a superstar.
