4 days out and my last mock draft

Make this happen.
1) #9 CB-Will Johnson
2) #40 WR Jayden Higgins
3) #71 QB Jalen Milroe
3) #93 OT/G Camron Williams
4) #112 DE Jared Ivey
4) #131 LB Chris Paul Jr
6) # 184 S Sebastian Castro
7) # 248 RB Raheim Sanders
7) # 254 OL Will Lampkin
I’m sure the Saints will make a few draft day trades but I’m not predicting that. Also doubt they’ll leave the draft with 9 players. Likely 7 or 8 tops.

Would melt. Just firmly believe we have to improve pass rush before secondary and if someone like Jalon is there he’s a great combo of BPA and need.

Jalen Milroe
Getting him at 71 is a really good value

How do you melt getting the no.1 CB lol
I think as you we go defence but at the 9 hole we could possibly grab #1 safety, RB, WR, TE or Lb'er. Don't see a melty melt in any of those.

If it’s Jalon Walker your talking about IMO he’s going to go higher than you think.

I don’t like him that much. I hate going corner that early unless they’re a really special talent. We don’t exactly have a lot of special players if any at all.

Only pick I like in this draft for the round you got them is C Williams.

Just did a mock and would love for us to do this. Moved down a bunch and tried to pick up more 2/3 round picks and picks for next year.

If you can treat Milroe like Taysom Hill for cheap, kinda love it. I don't think he has to be a starter if we were to draft in 3rs/4th, just use him as a weapon.

Honest question but do you think the team could find someone similar as a UDFA?
I ask because that seems more like a luxury pick and the Saints aren’t exactly in the position for a luxury pick.

Supposedly he’s very slow. Like a 4.6 kinda slow.

Got to Milroe and reached for the downvote.

That's a draft I can get behind.

Also heard he doesn't like to tackle so won't help against the run. A big no for me.

I couldn’t find the downvote button fast enough

What value? Is he gonna play the T Hill role? There’s no value for a guy that’s never going to play at his position
Posted on 4/19/25 at 8:51 pm to Townedrunkard
That would be an ideal draft
