Because the Saints are gonna share their true thoughts on a QB with Adam Schefter just before the draft lol
Maybe, maybe not. However, I would trust him over almost anyone else. I have heard they same thing from someone who has had pretty accurate intel in the past. We shall see.

Giants going with Abdul Carter. They want a dominant defense and Carter has lots of upside
You would think so. Seems this draft falls off a cliff after the top 3 and is very flat from there for the next 15-20 players.

Nobody thought 5 QBs were going round 1 last year

Draft season is always leaks, smokescreens, and posturing

yeah it was...

Caleb Williams
Jayden Daniels
Drake Maye

Were 100% going in the top 5.

Michael Penix Jr
JJ McCarthy
Bo Nix

Were all considered in the first round, just not as early as they did go. Most people thought maybe mid to late round with Nix falling to 2nd.

Jeff Duncan reported yesterday that his sources are telling him that they will not draft Sanders, never intended to draft Sanders, and this Carr shoulder business is not affecting their thinking at all.

So they could draft Sanders then

I think they get an O Lineman, and wait another year for a better qb class. Winning games starts up front.

No QB at 9, but we're trading up from 40 into the back end of the 1st round to get our guy. And I'm starting to think that guy is Jalen Milroe.

There was actually a ton of buzz in the days leading up to the Draft that had McCarthy, and Penix going in that range. Lots of mocks were linking McCarthy with Minnesota, Penix with Las Vegas, and Nix with Denver. Most had Atlanta taking Dallas Turner.

Our roster is so fricked the method for every pick should be best player available. Sanders wont be the best player available at 9.

The BPA thing gets oversold. Often times it's a tossup between two or three players and the team picking always shades towards the position they need the most. The thing that BPA establishes is what two or three players the team is deciding between when they're on the clock.

Yeah I thought we all had that concept down, maybe not.

Curious what positions do you think are not a position of need? because age, injury history and poor play pretty much covers our entire roster.

This abysmal organization will make the wrong decision with this #9 pick. Even if they initially make the right decision, it will soon progress badly and be negative.
