Similar size, similar profile. Neither are traditional TE’s/FBs and are more finesse and athletic than blockers. I liked Holker as a player before but after digging into some comps, I think he has a real shot to be contributor.

I think everyone is setting themselves up for disappointment thinking Kubiak is going to come in and the offense is going to be Kyle Shanahan 2.0. Kubiak was very fortunate to land a job on Shanahan's staff after being canned two years in a row. Now Kubiak is the benefactor of his Dad pretending to be Dennis Allens friend because of their A&M ties. Kubiak is not a Shanahan disciple, just a guy who spent a year on his staff.

He’s a disciple of his father who literally co-invented the offense with Mike Shanahan.
Allen wanted this style of offense regardless. They kicked the tires on Bobby Slowik last year, they wanted Zac Robinson this year.

He's a very big receiver. Helps his chances a little bit. Looks to have great hands.
